Latest tools from fail0verflow
I just compiled the latest tools from fail0verflow/Geohot (edit: and now
from kakaroto) GIT repos and figured that many people don't want to
install the tools required to do so, or are not sure how.

Included are cospkg, cosunpkg, makeself,
norunpack, pkg, puppack, pupunpack, readself, sceverify, ungpkg, unpkg,
unself from fail0verflow.
Additionally make_self_npdrm, make_self, package_finalize from Geohot.

So here they are.

Guide: Copy libs.rar contents to c:\cygwin\home\<your-windows-username>
Copy the app pack to same dir. It is only necessary to get the libs pack once, the other pack may change often.
Put keys (found elsewhere) in a subfolder called .ps3 (make the dir in a dos prompt, you won't be allowed to do so in Explorer).
Run the app you choose using the command prompt using the cmdline switches described in each app.

These are branched files from fail0verflow and might be improved, newer ones but I am not sure (yet).
