Introducing, Blazie's 3.55 CFW...
It's firmware that has all the best of current custom firmware. It's
essentially Kmeaw's cfw with CE24.cer for Charles, CE27.cer for FPSN,
and the 3.60 Spoof all in one, without having to mess with dev_flash or
pkg files. I've made it VERY noob friendly, including an automated
patch.bat with file checking to show any problems with the patching
process.

I have tested this CFW on both Phat and Slim models, and on both 16MB and 256MB nands, all successfully without a single brick.
Features include;
Added "Install Package Files" icon to the XMB Game Category
Added "/app_home" icon to the XMB Game Category <DON'T USE IF ONLINE - DETECTABLE
Patched LV1 hypervisor to allow mapping of any memory area (Needed for LV2 Poke)
Patched LV2 to allow Peek and Poke support
Patched to allow installation of pseudo-retail packages
Patched to allow installation of debug packages
Patched to allow running of unsigned applications
Replaced CA24.cer for Charles use
Replaced CA27.cer for FPSN use
Spoofed firmware 3.60 in multiple files
Usage: (ASSUMING YOUR ALREADY ON OFW 3.55)
Extract .zip to new folder. Place the 3.55 OFW file in the same folder.
There should be 4 primary files in there now; patch.bat, bspatch.exe,
blazie.patch, PS3UPDAT.PUP. Don't worry, the patch application will
check for any missing critical files and prompt you if there are
missing. Execute (double click) patch.bat. When it's done, you'll have 2
files; the OFW file which is renamed to PS3UPDAT-OFW.PUP, and the CFW
which is PS3UPDAT.PUP. Place the PS3UPDAT.PUP file on your USB drive in
\PS3\UPDATE\ and flash from system update (recovery mode may be needed
on Phat models).
